CMT-3 [Ceramic Metal Treatment - Third Formulation]
Introduction:
In the early 1980's, a Japanese car manufacturer researched the production of a ceramic engine which could run at temperatures exceeding 6000 0F. These ceramic engines did not require frequent oil changes as ceramic materials sealed the combustion chamber, immunizing against “blow by” and the formation of destructive carbon and acids that occur as a by-product of burning fuel. Also, ceramic engines increased fuel efficiency and reduced harmonic distortion (engine vibration and noise).
In a conventional metallic engine, much of the energy released from the combustion of fuel must be dissipated as waste heat in order to prevent a meltdown of the metallic parts, however in a ceramic engine, the heat generated is contained and utilized. Despite all of these desirable properties, ceramic engines are not in production today because engineers realized that while it was possible to build a ceramic engine in a laboratory, the mass production of ceramic engine parts was extremely difficult

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
Automobile and Truck Engines
Run engine to operating temperature preferably with old oil but this is not paramount. Administer correct dose and immediately drive for 15 minutes. If driving is not an option, for example: stationary engines, etc. Hold engine at 2,000 RPM's for 4 minutes and then at idle speed for 15 minutes.
2 Cycle: Introduce dose into the fuel oil mixture tank running or not then use for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Transmissions:
Automatic: Administer dose preferably with engine running and drive for 10 minutes as soon as possible. Manual Transmissions and Differentials: Fill with required CMT-3 dose and drive for 15 minutes.
It is preferable to add CMT-3 while the engine is running. Or administer treatment then start engine within 30 seconds; otherwise the treatment will be delayed up to 1000 miles of driving before it is active. CMT-3 does not mix with oil; it is not an additive but uses oil as a carrier.
HOW DOES CMT-3 WORK
Can maintain adhesion to hot metal in excess of 1900° F. Normal oil avoids metal at 275° and will oxidize at 375°-425° F.
Seals and protects metal for superior lubrication of hot parts.
Attracted to the heat of the engine parts. It then “pushes” into the metal and begins to build a 2-6 micron layer of ceramic. CMT-3 will never build a layer in metal greater than 2-6 microns or change factory specifications.
The hard ceramic finish will expand and contract without separating from the metal which ensures protection in both hot and cold conditions.
Extremely strong and can withstand pressures in excess of 350,000 PSI. That is over 20 times the protection of any lubricant.
Advanced entrenched properties provide for enhanced lubrication as well as providing for an increased level of power while allowing the engine to run smoothly and cleanly.
The micro-embedded CMT-3 properties remain on the engine parts after the engine stops running. This effect is in stark contrast to the inadequate filming of motor oil which results in a condition referred to as “dry-start”. Because motor oil drains off the engine parts when the engine is not running, an inadequate layer of lubricant causes engine parts considerable wear each time the engine is started.
