How HHO works

Answer:  Electricity generated from the vehicle’s alternator is used to split the water (H2O molecule) into its fundamental hydrogen and oxygen elements. The resultant gas from electrolysis is referred to as HHO. The created HHO is fed into the vehicle’s air stream and further improves the combustion efficiency of the existing fuel by burning it more quickly and completely. HHO assists the combustion process. It does not create fuel from the water. The science behind HHO injection has been well documented and understood. It has been known for over thirty years that the addition of hydrogen to fossil fuels, burned in internal combustion engines, will increase the efficiency of the engine. This concept has been validated by a multitude of papers published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). The concept is valid with any fossil fuel including diesel CNG and LPG.

Installed the HydroGen, designed and manufactured by M/s. Tiaano, Chennai in our G2 380 KVA Diesel Genset on April 2011. However for the month of july 2011
1. We achieved 14.60% savings in Diesel Consumption.
2. In terms of litter per hour, Diesel consumption was reduced as 36.87 Liters from 43.17 Liters per Hour.
3. An average, 6.30 Litters Diesel is getting saved per hour.
